Q- Can we have a beach wedding?
A- Weddings can be arranged at the Lawns, which are adjacent to the beach and have an access to the beach as well.

Q- Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography etc?
A- Our Events Team co-ordinates for floral arrangements, photographers, videographers and entertainment requests. Once you have secured your wedding date, our Events Team would be happy to assist in handling all the details for your wedding. We do suggest utilising the hotel's list of recommended vendors.

Q- Can I decorate the reception venue?
A- Generally, Yes. There will be certain limitations in some venues, which our Events Team can review with you. Allow our experts to give you suggestions that have successfully worked in the past.

Q- Can the hotel arrange for bridal make-up or hair- dressing or Mehendi assistance?
A- Yes, the hotel can make arrangement for these services, once the event is confirmed with us. Our Events Team would help in making these arrangements.

Q- Can the hotel provide the Wedding Cake?
A- Yes, the same can be arranged for. Your wedding specialist will advise you on the details and the costs.

Q- Can I create my own menu?
A- Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to help you create a menu that reflects your taste. Our experienced team will work with you to fulfill your requests.

Q- Can we get our own Maharaj OR can your chef prepare traditional dishes for the event?
A- The hotel has experienced Indian chefs including speciality regional chefs who have flair in preparing traditional/authentic Indian dishes for such events.

Q- Can I taste all the food before the wedding?
A- A complete tasting of all the selected menu items, including your cake, can be scheduled for on request. Guests may also request for alterations to the menu at the time of tasting.

Q- Can I have a bar at the wedding?
A- You can choose to have a bar with selected liquor brands, wine and beer. Our Events Team will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each.

Q- How long does it take to get married in the traditional Indian way?
A- Generally, a traditional Indian wedding is carried out with rituals. Each ritual has some meaning. The seven promises / Saat Pheras are part of the ceremony where in the bride and groom take rounds of the holy fire together. With every round they make one promise to their partner. This way they make seven promises. The entire ceremony takes approximately 2 hours.

Q- How long will my reception last?
A- Generally, a wedding reception is planned for 3-4 hours. You can extend the time if desired. Our Events Team will advise any additional costs for the additional time.

Q- Can I host a welcome reception, morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at the Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa?
A- Certainly. We have several locations that are appropriate for these occasions.

Q- Are taxes included in the pricing?
A- No, your contract pricing will not include all taxes. Please remember, pricing is not final until a signed contract is returned to our Events Team.

Q- Can my guests have an early check-in or a late check-out?
A- We will try and accommodate your guests’ requests; however, this will be dependent upon the overall occupancy of the hotel on the day in question.
