Redefining the realm of fine-dining, discover a contemporary menu set against time-honoured Goan culinary traditions. Beautifully marrying authentic flavours with minimalistic presentations, Casa Sarita invites you to revisit the Goan culinary journey with its new contemporary menu.


Our chefs’ modern interpretation of traditional dishes has given way to unique creations, appetisers include an innovative selection of vegetable cutlet with coconut, red spinach and herbs salad, tempering dressing; rawa fried prawns with mango and chili sauce; quail cafreal with sweet potato bhaji and tamarind glazed shallot; chicken jere mere, cabbage and fresh coconut salad. Main course offers sea bass fillet in acrid lemon berry curry and Goan rice, lamb shank xacutti with crispy Goan rice, feni beef medallion with potato bhaji and kokum caramelized cashew nuts and crispy pork belly with vindalho jam and rawa sanna to name a few. Desserts are a fine choice between the traditional alle belle which is deconstructed to an alle belle parfait with semi dried coconut and jaggery sauce and Port wine and jaggery sabayon, served with crispy coconut puffs.
