As masters of our craft, participating chefs take pride and pleasure in introducing guests to opportunities for learning and enrichment, ones they’ll find nowhere else. The Masters of Food & Wine festival revolves around three concepts or senses, ‘in the kitchen’, ‘in the moment’ and ‘in the field’. Every sense carefully describes the thought behind each event under the head of Masters of Food & Wine.
‘In the kitchen’ talks about culinary excellence of our craft masters in the kitchen who create innovative dishes combining all the elements of their expertise. ‘In the field’ talks about combining all the fresh ingredients taken from Mother Nature and blending them with cooking methods and ‘In the moment’ talks about the expertise of taking inspiration from happenings around and creating culinary experiments. Each of these senses form the events and happenings of Masters of Food &Wine, proudly making the festival, an epitome of culinary legacy, extravagant dining experiences and unforgettable memories to cherish.
Every experience speaks for itself as every moment has a story to tell, truffle hunting, an Aqua Farm visit for an oyster tasting, learning to select the freshest fish at a market or an ecological excursion or do a wine tasting at a vineyard , crafted events that start with an inquisitive thought form moments to remember.
