Yoga to Improve Lung Capacity

This session is oriented to improve the awareness of posture and importance of corrective measures in day-to-day life.
Yoga for Weight Reduction/Management
Yoga understands obesity as the result of an accumulation of “Tamas” (inertia) or an imbalance in the body. Combining exercises and yogic techniques, this programme helps to increase the “Rajas” (activity) in the system and to balance the three qualities of Sattva, Rajas and Tamas.
Partner Yoga is designed to bring in the element of sharing and caring. This combination of yogic stretches with pressure point balancing loosens muscles and promotes relaxation, and is oriented to help guests learn and experience a “spa at home”.
